• Attendance: It is imperative that all parties attend the closing. If this presents a problem, please notify us immediately.

• Mobile Homes: If the property is a mobile home, you will need to be sure that the park owner has approved you to purchase the property.

• Photo Identification: Each buyer needs to bring a valid driver’s (or photo identification) to the closing for notary purposes along with either a social security card or passport.

• Bank Wire: You will be required to wire the necessary funds to us prior to the closing.
